The study and research on Orvieto traditional varieties and a few new ones i.e. Chardonnay, Sauvignon, or on Cabernet, Pinot Noir and Merlot as to red wines, have allowed the winery to advise and consult its partners on which vines to grow in their vineyards (covering a total of 700 hectares of which 500 D.O.C. and 200 I.G.T.) to produce an array of wines meeting the consumers' demanding taste.

As is the case with Salceto, a fruity top quality Orvieto Classico or Soana, a premium Orvieto Classico Superiore, achieved from carefully selected grapes. Among the red wines Palaia, a mix of Merlot, Pinot and Cabernet fermented and aged in barriques is a top notch along with Monrubio, obtained by a selection of Sangiovese, Merlot, Ciliegiolo and Montepulciano grapes.
