It is made from carefully selected grapes which are grow on the hills surrounding Orvieto and which are vinified with the utmost care.

This wine has a fine and pleasant bouquet with a slightly bitter aftertaste. it can accompany startes, soups, cheese, white meat and fish.

Best served at 8-10°C.
